What is 911Pharma?
911Pharma is an online platform with health contents that brings together the websites of the pharmacies that are associated with it.
It is developed by pharmacists from a group of Portuguese pharmacies and aims to respond with professional knowledge, simplicity and truth to the questions and requests of the general population, which are regularly placed in a community pharmacy.
The multidisciplinary health information, presented in Portuguese and English, is rich in reliable and easy-to-read articles and images.
Is 911Pharma safe?

Is my personal information protected?
Yes! 911Pharma will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the defined purpose for which the data was collected or to comply with legal obligations, and you may exercise your rights at any time. To learn more, please refer to our privacy policy.
I want to create an account on 911Pharma. How do I do it?
In the menu of 911Pharma you will find a login section, in which you can select the option "No registration?" and be directed to the registration page. There, you will have to fill in all the requested data in order to complete your registration. The minimum age required to register in 911Pharma is 18 years old.
How to access my account?
In the menu of 911Pharma you will find a login section, where you can enter your customer data (e-mail and password), entering 911pharma. Next, you will find in the menu the access to your personal account.
I have forgotten my password. How to do it?
In the menu of 911Pharma you will find a login section where you can select "Forgot your password?" and you will be directed to a new page where you must indicate your e-mail. You will then receive an e-mail with a link to recover your password. In this link you must indicate your new password.
Do I have to register to place an order with my pharmacy?
Yes! To place an order at your preferred pharmacy, you need to create a customer account or log in if you have registered before.
Registering with 911Pharma allows you to place orders at your preferred pharmacy and also gives you unique benefits including:
- Prescribing prescriptions or placing orders at your preferred pharmacy
- Receiving your orders at home or collecting them at your preferred pharmacy
- Booking services at your preferred pharmacy
- Accessing special offers and campaigns sent especially for you
Shop at partner pharmacies
911Pharma has several associated pharmacies throughout the country, giving you the option of buying products directly from your preferred pharmacy.
Your order can be delivered to the address you select or you can collect it at your pharmacy, after payment according to the options provided by your preferred pharmacy.
This purchasing process is the sole responsibility of each pharmacy, with no direct involvement from 911Pharma.com.
Advertising
Drug advertising on 911Pharma is the full responsibility of the Marketing Authorization Holders, and they are the providers of the drug advertising pieces presented on the 911Pharma portal and its social networks.
