1. Shopping at the 911Pharma Online Pharmacy

Expected delivery times are indicated in the purchase process, however these are indicative, so they may change. In cases of delays in the delivery of orders due to strikes, weather conditions or other situations beyond the control of 911Pharma, we are not responsible for them.

In certain periods of the year when there is a greater influx of orders for orders, as is the case of festive seasons and campaigns, we ask for greater understanding on your part, as there may be delays in deliveries. However, we guarantee that we are constantly working hard to meet your expectations.

The order will be delivered to the Shipping Address on the date indicated as expected, it is not possible to schedule a delivery time, as it depends on the courier route belonging to the delivery service.

911Pharma offers you several payment methods, being able to select your preferred method during the purchase process. Payment methods include: credit card (Visa and Mastercard), MB WAY and Multibanco Reference.

2. Purchases at associated pharmacies

911Pharma has several associated pharmacies located throughout the national territory, giving you the option to buy products directly from your preferred pharmacy.

In this purchase process, you can order directly from your preferred pharmacy, having two Shipping Methods to choose from:

Home Delivery (if your preferred pharmacy has this method available)
Pharmacy Picking

By choosing this purchase format, you must also pay for your order taking into account the options provided by each pharmacy.

This purchase method is the responsibility of the selected pharmacy and there is no direct involvement of 911Pharma.

Shipping

The shipping costs for your order are automatically calculated by the system during the purchase process, being defined according to the actual or volumetric weight of the order, the total value of the order, the delivery address and the rates applied by the delivery services, which may vary over time.

Between 0 and 35€ - 2,99€

Between 35 and 75€ - 0,99€

Over 75€ - free

PORTUGAL ISLANDS

Between 0 and 75€ - 6,99€

Between 75 and 99€ - 1,99€

Over 99€ - free

The shipping time of your order can vary between 1 to 3 working days in normal periods (in festive or campaign seasons, when there is a greater volume of orders, this time can be extended). Once shipped, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days by the carrier DPDgroup.

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete Shipping Address, 911Pharma is not responsible for the non-delivery of the order, and there may be additional costs for you regarding shipping costs, so we advise you to verify your Shipping Address before completing the purchase process. . If you find after completing the purchase process that you have made a mistake in entering the Shipping Address, we ask that you immediately send us an email to encomendas@911pharma.com with the order number and the correct Shipping Address so that we can change it if necessary. it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to correct the Shipping Address.

Order processing is carried out between 9 am and 6 pm from Monday to Friday, only on working days. In case of receipt of an order after 12:00, consider that the shipping time will only count from the following business day.
