Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Payment for the order can take place up to 3 days later, depending on the payment method selected. However, after 3 days, if you have not yet made the payment, the order will be automatically cancelled.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us via email at encomendas@911pharma.com as soon as possible to ensure cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel it.
In case you change your mind and wish to return the purchased items, you can do so within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the order, by contacting the email encomendas@911pharma.com, writing in the subject of the email. mail “Return of order nº 000000”. We will contact you to resolve the situation and provide return details.
In order for the return to be accepted, it is important that it meets the following requirements:
- You must wait for the reply e-mail from us with the return data;
- You must keep the proof of purchase invoice;
- The article must be sealed, in its original packaging, and keep its original security tape;
- If the article has not been sealed, its protections for use must be kept intact;
- You must ensure that the elements that make up the article remain with it under the same conditions in which they were received (package leaflet, samples, gifts, among others).
After accepting the return, 911Pharma has 5 working days to ensure the good reception of the items and the fulfillment of all the requirements mentioned above. Confirming the success of the process, 911Pharma will refund the value of the returned order within a maximum period of up to 7 working days after validation of the good condition of the returned products. Whenever possible, the return will be made by the same payment method, but if this is not possible, you must present proof of payment and account or card ownership, so that the return can be made by Bank Transfer.
