I have a prescription, how can I do it?
First of all, you must register with 911Pharma or access your customer account, and then select the pharmacy where you want to fill your prescription. On the page of your pharmacy, you will find a section for Sending Prescriptions, if this service is available in your pharmacy, in which you can select the type of prescription you want to send (electronic or manual) and which medicines of that prescription you want to purchase , as well as the quantities. During the ordering process, you can also buy other products available at your pharmacy and select your preferred delivery method, collection at your pharmacy or home delivery, the latter depending on the availability of your preferred pharmacy, and may not be available. Once the ordering process is completed, a communication channel will open between you and your pharmacy via WhatsApp in order to clarify any doubts from both parties.
Home delivery of Medicines Subject to Medical Prescription (MSRM) and Medicines Not Subject to Medical Prescription (MNSRM) for Health is limited to the county where the pharmacy is located and the neighboring counties.
I want to buy products at my pharmacy and receive them at home, is it possible?
Yea! On your pharmacy page, after registering or accessing your customer account, you will find a Home Delivery section, if your pharmacy has this service available. If so, this must indicate which products you want to order as well as their quantities. After placing your order, you must wait for the contact of your pharmacy, within a maximum period of 12 hours (within the hours of operation of the pharmacy), in order to confirm the delivery of your order on the date and time defined in the indicated address.

Why give your phone contact associated with your Whatsapp?
On your pharmacy page, you can fill in your medical prescriptions, if this service is available, and upon completing your order, a direct communication channel with your pharmacy will be automatically opened via Whatsapp so that any doubts that arise in both parties and so that your pharmacist can inform you when your order will be delivered or when it will be ready to collect at your pharmacy, depending on your preferred delivery method selected in the ordering process.
I want to consult a service at my pharmacy, can I schedule?
Yea! When accessing the page of your pharmacy, you can consult all the services that it offers. If you are interested in consulting one of them, after registering or accessing your customer account, you will have the possibility to quickly schedule an appointment on the day and time most convenient for you, according to the availability of the pharmacy's agenda and if the pharmacy present direct scheduling available. If you do not present, you will easily find the telephone contact so that you can quickly make an appointment with a telephone call.
